agregar el jugo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;luego el colapez disuelto (calentar 25 segundos en el microondas)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;finalmente agregar la crema en forma envolvente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;vaciar sobre la base &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;refrigerar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;*poner acetato alrededor del molde para desmoldar facilmente*&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;ESPEJO DE MARACUYA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;5 maracuyas (pulpa)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;10 grs colapez&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;5 cdas azúcar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;calentar la pulpa &amp;amp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;arroz cocido (sin aderezo)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;sillao (salsa de soya)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;chancho asado picado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;huevos (hacer una tortilla &amp; me despierto, baño &amp; cambio... salgo de mi casa (siempre pienso que debería ir caminando... solo lo pienso) me subo al micro, bajo del micro... toco la puerta (espero...) entro, me pongo el uniforme, entro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; a la cocina... llegan los pasteleros, como mi "rico" almuerzo ... chequeo que hay que hacer (lo mismo de siempre) ... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;llegan los pedidos, saco los postres... hago un par de cosas mas... es hora de irme :)&lt;/span&gt; espeso. algunas recetas solo tienen crema de leche &amp;amp; chocolate, pero es mejor poner mantequilla, xq le añade textura &amp; lo pone más cremoso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;siempre se debe comenzar por chocolate picado y no derretido, agregar caliente la crema de leche, leche o el liquido que especifique la receta, esto para que derrita el chocolate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;luego se mezcla despacio hasta obtener una emulsión, al final se añade la mantequilla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
